You can return your bag within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Natural patina from use is part of the leather, so used bags can't be accepted.

Returns within the EU are free with a prepaid label. For orders from outside the EU, including the United States, return shipping is at the customer's cost and customs documents must be included.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your bag.
