What about returns?
We put a lot of care into every My Paper Bag, and we hope you love yours. But if something isn't right, we're here to help.
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery. Simply send us an email at .... and we'll take it from there.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be unused and in perfect condition
- Original packaging must be undamaged
- Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label
- After inspection, a full refund will be issued

Do you accept exchanges?
We're unable to process direct colour exchanges, but we're happy to help you get the right one. Simply return your item in its original condition and we'll take care of the rest — once received and inspected, your refund will be processed and you can order your preferred colour straight away.

What leather do we use?
We use chrome-free buffalo leather, naturally tanned using plant-based extracts. It's free from harmful chemicals, biodegradable, and develops a beautiful patina the more you use it — getting better with every carry.
How to take care of you bag?
Your My Paper Bag is built to last a lifetime — and a little care goes a long way. Treat the leather occasionally with a natural leather conditioner or beeswax to keep it nourished and supple. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.
Avoid harsh cleaning products — the leather is natural and responds best to gentle care. Over time, small scratches and marks will blend into the patina, becoming part of the bag's character. There is no need to be precious about it — this bag is made to be lived in.
Can I carry my bag in the rain?
My Paper Bag is made from thick, naturally tanned buffalo leather — built to handle real life, including the occasional downpour. If it gets wet, let it dry slowly and naturally away from direct heat. A little leather conditioner afterwards will restore its suppleness and keep the patina developing beautifully.
What will my bag look like over time?
Over time, your My Paper Bag will become completely your own. The chrome-free buffalo leather gradually darkens, softens and develops a rich patina — shaped by the places you've been, the things you've carried and the life you've lived. Scratches and marks are not flaws, they are proof of a life well-lived. No two bags age the same way, making yours truly one of a kind.
Are there any other materials?
We believe the details matter as much as the leather itself. Every My Paper Bag features a solid ashwood bottom plate that keeps its shape day after day. Where zippers are used, we fit only YKK — the world's most trusted zip. The Work bag adds steel hardware into the mix, built for the demands of daily professional life. Nothing is an afterthought.
