My Paper Bag is designed to be your companion for life — crafted with care, built to last, and backed by our commitment to quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Simply send us an email at customercare@mypaperbag.shop to start your return and we will take it from there.
Condition of Return To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- Returned in their original, undamaged packaging
- Unaltered and free from signs of wear or use
As our bags are crafted from natural leather that begins developing its patina from first use, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
Return Shipping Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for the return shipment.
Refunds After we receive and carefully inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lifetime Warranty Every My Paper Bag comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers stitching, hardware, and structural integrity. Natural patina, wear and character development are not defects — they are what makes your bag uniquely yours.
If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customercare@mypaperbag.shop with a description and photos and we will make it right.
