Shipping Within the Netherlands We ship all Dutch orders via PostNL. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Within Europe We ship across Europe with full tracking on every order.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Packaging Your My Paper Bag arrives carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We keep our packaging as minimal and sustainable as possible — in keeping with our commitment to responsible production.

Missed Delivery If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection at your nearest pickup point.

Something Wrong With Your Order? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@mypaperbag.shop with your order number and photos. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
