These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through www.mypaperbag.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us Martens Fashion Group B.V. company based in Amsterdam, registered in the Netherlands. We design and sell premium leather bags under the registered trademark MY PAPER BAG®, designed by Ramón Middelkoop.

2. Orders & Acceptance By placing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not a guarantee of availability — in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you promptly.

3. Pricing All prices on our website are listed in Euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of placing your order.

For orders outside the European Union, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit card
  • iDEAL
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods as shown at checkout

All transactions are processed securely. Martens Fashion Group B.V. does not store payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Full details on shipping costs, delivery times and carriers can be found in our Shipping Policy at www.mypaperbag.shop/policy/shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds You have the right to return any unused item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition and returned in their original undamaged packaging. Full details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy at www.mypaperbag.shop/policy/returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Lifetime Warranty Every My Paper Bag comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, covering stitching, hardware and structural integrity. This warranty does not cover natural wear, patina development, or damage caused by misuse, neglect or unauthorised repair.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@mypaperbag.shop with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos.

8. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer within the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at info@mypaperbag.shop before the withdrawal period expires.

Items returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Martens Fashion Group B.V.

9. Intellectual Property MY PAPER BAG® is a registered trademark. All designs, imagery, copy and brand assets are the exclusive property of MY PAPER BAG B.V. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from MY PAPER BAG B.V.

10. Privacy & Data We handle your personal data with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide our service. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 

11. Liability Martens Fashion Group B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order placed.

We do our best to ensure all product information, pricing and imagery on our website is accurate. However we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free at all times. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

12. Applicable Law These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from orders placed through our website will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

13. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
