Shipping. Free tracked shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the rest of Europe and the United States. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands, 2 to 3 in Belgium and Germany, 3 to 5 in the rest of Europe, and 5 to 8 to the United States. We pay import duties, so there are no surprise charges at the door.

Returns. Return your bag within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive it. Returns within the EU are free. Orders from outside the EU are returned at the customer's cost with customs documents included. Bags must be unused and in the original packaging. Natural patina from use is part of the leather, so used bags can't be accepted.
